These vases are quite thin orange glass cased in clear. The brown trail is laid over the clear and that is easy to see where the casing is thick at the base. They are slightly different in size and have a snapped off pontil.
I've only seen this type of 'string like' trailing, in brown, on this shape and colour of vase. That isn't to say it doesn't exist on another base colour.
My only clue as to maker is that my two Harrach J.I.P. vases also have a snapped off pontil and brown (mottling) as the accent colour. Additionally I once missed out on buying a vase of this shape/colour with brown mottling around the base. Brown is not a commonly found accent colour in Tango Glass. Supposition, but you have to start somewhere!
Height 19 cm Base Diameter 8cm
Just great!
I love the trailing.
