1960's Autographed Muhammad Ali Cassius Clay Photograph -- Who is he with? Where is he?

Here is another Muhammad Ali item that I have, that I thought I would share, with some of you having interest in seeing it.

Unfortunately the autograph is partially worn off from time. The back has some writing. It possibly may have been a press photo taken professionally by a studio photographer. It says Edwards-Photo 863-5711 Detroit 21, Michigan.

The main question is. Who are the other three people in the picture with Ali? Also where could it be at?
