Clown Playing Horn

Vintage figurine made of a hard resin or chalkware. This piece is very detail oriented, even to the very wrinkles and folds on his clothes. Don't know the maker of this piece or history behind it. I picked it up at my local thrift store. There was actually a large collection of clowns at the time, all shapes and sizes, but this one was the most detailed from the fifty or so pieces I saw.
