I think this is straight in the unknown pile as well, albeit 100% Czech, and 100% Deco.

I at first thought Kralik. The very dark blue - almost black - at base is a bit Ruckl-ish, as is the thickness of the two layers of glass and the bottom-up spatter applied to the clear outer casing.

However, as with the name Tomschick, there might be other houses little known out there - who knows?

It is 12cm high x 11cm max. diameter.

    Unsolved Mystery

      Oh that name!
Frantisek Tomsik - Franz Tomschick (Czech and German.)
His factory was formerly known as Augustinka.

The Kralik / Tomschick similarities have been noted for a long time.
The link is the town of Kostany or Kosten.

(By the way the Welz factory was just two miles north at Klostergrab or Hrob in area west of the town centre called (Neu)wernsdorf or Vernerice.)

But in this Czech article in the Galssrevue Jitka Lnenickova suggests that the reasons for the difficulty in telling their wares apart is based not just on proximity.
      http://www.glassrevue.com/news.asp@nid=2729.html

Jitka Lnenickova suggests that the area was actually part of a glass migration from the southern Sumava area (famous for Loetz) that occurred from 1890 to 1910.

      Google translation:
"Approximately 20 to 30 of them came during the 90s and the first decade of the 20th century from Lenora. Some of irisovaných Art Nouveau glass with ?esanými and op?ádanými decors and can be often difficult to determine provenance, for example, the products of the companies "Tomschick" and "Kralik".

There were three factories in the west of the town and to the east was the Tomschick works.

The whole area was blessed with huge coal deposits. Enough to feed the new Siemens oven technology!
