Two blue-flowered vases

I purchased these two vases at a garage sale and was wondering if anyone could tell me if they are old or not. on the bottom of each vase is a number painted in blue. the bigger vase has a 71 on it and the smaller one has a 1 on it. i was also wondering who made these and if they have any value. thank you. The pink color you see around the numbers is that someone just spilled candle wax on it and didn't scrape it off.
