Found this in the bottom of a old family box. I have no idea what it is except its cool. There were 6 or 7 old knives. Any ideas of what it is?

Pruning knife?
Agree with Vet4. Can't read the brand because it is sideways and blurred.
I have a very modern knife similar to this shape that folds out and it is a "picnic knife." Just a thought on my part :)
I believe it's either a pruning or a linoleum knife. Certain makes look similar.
