This is a Mid Century Turner Wall Accessory Sketch 362 6 J269P Reaping Corn.
I can't really make out the artist signature, it looks like Dent or Bent. I'm thinking it is a print of the original. It almost looks like a number 1 on it.
It is quite large, with the interior sketch size measuring 19.5" x 13.5".
I couldn't find any information about it so if someone could help with any information, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank-you.
You have a print of the black chalk and grey-white opaque watercolour work on paper by Vincent Van Gogh, Americanized title "Maaiende Boer" 1885, "Peasant Reaping Corn." I have no idea what the letters in the corner represent but this listing on Live Auctioneers also shows the same letters in their photograph.

The original work is held by the Kröller-Müller Museum and is simply titled "Maaier" (Reaper), shown here on the museum site:
