Would This be a Ludwig Moser Karlsbad DECO VASE?

I found this vase recently and because of it's excellent quality, I decided to bring it home. I have posted some similar large decanter/perfume bottles here at CW recently and this Deco vase looks a lot like them. The Dark Amethyst of this crystal Vase and the wear under-base suggests a 1920-30's manufacture. Was it a vase or could it have had a lid? The rim is flat & polished and the under-base is also smooth and unmarked. It measures 4 1/2" tall by 5" wide (at the lower section) and has 14 panels and 2 ribs. Is it a MOSER Vase and if not, who could have made it. Thanks RER(BOB)
