don't you just love Spatter technique and the companies that made them?
whether they be Kralik, Welz, Loetz or ol mother hubbard! I just love the technique and how beautiful they look under light...
personally don't subscribe to the end of day theory, the colours and focussed themes seem to obvious for tat style.

The handles on the autumn toned one are fantastic!
I just adore three and four, but particularly three. I think you'll find three on Kralik-glass. com under Welz Decor Index.....Red Yellow Black. I truly hope I'm not teaching my grandmother to suck eggs:-)

thanks sklo42, I'm aware of the site and the many lovely author and contributor photos. I've seen all 4 decors attributed to several makers throughout my research.. I couldn't find the same vases though on that site... ie same decor and same shape.. Maybe you might like to put the link up so you can compare...
In relation to the vase with black handles, this has been mentioned to me as a different maker and recently the 5 handled version came up for auction but was passed in as no bidders over $US495.
I'm a fairly pragmatic poster; ppl are welcome to comment and discuss my photos and posts however I no longer discuss my opinions on makers etc. My photos are of a general nature these days, focusing on the presentation in my overly crowded areas. Purely for aesthetic purposes. However if you tell me one of them is worth $20,000 I'd love to know...lol....

I enjoy very much :) No.3 is odd but very nice.
at first I rejected the idea of buying it however the seller gave me an amazing price that I couldn't resist...it was an op shop throw away that was found by a friend...bought for $3...lol...my price was around that plus a small thank you commission...ppl really should think before they throw away their grandparents collectables...their loss is my gain...
