Please help me identify this 9 piece set of furniture!
It isn't rattan or wicker. The wood is heavy and there are cane type woven inserts as you can see from the pictures.
I bought all 9 pieces at an Auction. The tall things are display units with glass shelves that can be placed inside, lights are in the top of both.
There are light in the long thing lying on top of the displays. They go on top of 2 side tables, then the long piece attaches between, like a "bridge".
Possible goes over the couch, with light shining down on the couch.
There are different dates written on the bottoms, day month and year.
Like 11-7-78 and 5-16-78 are examples.
Help! What is this stuff I bought??

I am looking at picture #2. It doesn't enlarge without blurring but it appears there are M-18 shelf supports in the back legs. See if a magnet sticks to them. Older original ones were brass newer ones were plated steel. I forget when the change occurred but it might help you get a closer date. They are still made of both materials but solid brass would indicate a higher quality piece of furniture. They should just pull out and the butt may be marked.
