This lens has baffled me since I got it a few weeks ago. There is a serial number and it unscrewsin the middle. The weird part to me is that when you look through it, everything is upside down and backwards. Not sure what this was used for or its age. I have a feeling it could be military, but I could be way off mark. Any ideas?
