We inherited a large set of this china pattern, Booths Silicone China, Ceylon Ivory, from a relative. We are trying to decide what value, if any, it might have. We would love feedback from collectors!

The markings on the back say BOOTHS Silicon China, Ceylon Ivory, Made in England and have an imprint of an elephant.

The pictures above are of the large serving plate.

This is the total of what we have:

    8 dinner plates
    8 salad plates
    8 dessert plates
    9 cups and saucers
    8 soup bowls?
    8 small bowls
    1 small vase
    1 serving plate

    Unsolved Mystery

I have one dish I do believe the one above and was looking to sell at a local antique dealer and was looking for a going price.....its a beautiful pattern...you are luckey to have a full set. Good luck with your search....ummmmm by the way what is your question? I tend to be somewhat a computer novice...who am I kidding I am computer illiterate and was not able to find your question.....lol.....While were at this do you know what these vintage items sell for? Thank you

I have also been looking for information on this unknown pattern since I too inherited 6 pieces each of soup bowls, large plates, dessert plates, small bowls, luncheon plates. Just spent another 3 hours on the internet to no avail. Most frustrating.
I have a feeling it was used as everyday china but I could be wrong.

Booths was made in Staffordshire England and was bought out by Royal Dalton sometime in the 40s I think (not sure exactly when). Their most popular and collectable pattern is the Old Blue Willow. Royal Dalton has reissued some of the original patterns. I am related and my mother has tried to collect a teacup and saucer of the most popular Booths patterns. My favorites I have collected are the divided children's plates.

I also inherited a large amount of this pattern. We would love to know the value of these dishes. I have 12 place settings (consisting of dinner plate, tea cup, saucer, bread & butter plate, soup bowl, small bowl, larger bowl, and smaller dish!). I also have 3 platters of different sizes, a teapot, sugar bowl, and creamer. Does anyone have and idea of the value?

I love this pattern. My grandfather bought a large amount of this pattern for my grandmother in when they lived in NJ all of it is going to my sister so I have been trying to collect as many pieces as I can. I hope you enjoy it. It is a beautiful pattern.
