    About 6" Tall (w/out wood stand) which it looks like someone has glued this statue to this wood block or it may be screwed in and glued.
    Male with female on his side.
    I didn't notice the female at first.
    It looks to me as if the male is deceased and she is mourning, but I really don't know. What do your eye's see in this piece?
    I tried to clean this before posting but you can still see some grime.
    I find it intriguing.......
    Is it Native American?
    Is it Aztec?
    I have no clue......but sure is beautiful!

      Sean thank you very much for the lovely comment......I can't stop looking at this now that I have cleaned it and found the female on the side.....just trying to figure it out in my head....still say she is mourning.

      Don't like the wood block but I'm afraid to try and remove it. It deserves a better stand than that block and would look so much better.

      It's so emotive Melanie.
      He looks as if he has suffered and she does look like she is mourning.
      It's fantastic.
