I put the word 'huameile' into google translate and it said Estonia was detected as the language, but when I tell google to define 'huameile', a blog from Dongguan, City in the Guangdong Province of China comes up. I had google translate the blog into English and it looked like there were posts about music. This probably doesn't help much...
old looking but i think its a chinese knockoff,..a watch realy that old would probably have a separate second hand in a subdial,..is a cool piece for everyday use and costume use when you dont want to wear your realy valuable piece,..but if they are asking a lot of money they are probably off
offtochina, It would help if you could show the movement of the watch for someone here to help you identify the maker. I know very little about foreign made pocket watches.
The dial has a red 24 hour inner dial (13-24), a black arabic 12 hour dial (1-12), an outer black minute track (5-60) and an outermost pulsometer scale (35-200). I think there should be another long thin black hand that would extend to the outer pulse ring. I would think there would be a push button on the side of the case rim, close to the crown, to set the fly-back hand to check the pulse.
Most of these dials I have seen also have one or two small sub-dials.
Maybe an expert will be along soon to positively identify it for you.
