This sync-sound Super-8 camera incorporates the microphone into the design as the handle. The filming button is at the joint at the beginning of the mic, right where your thumb would be.

Hey just found this camera in an old closet how much does this cost? Have you used it before?
I got it at Goodwill for about $14 (originally *over*priced $40 there). There was one on eBay recently that was model 230 and didn't sell at $5.99 w/ box and $19 shipping. If you're looking to sell it, I'd go to a camera shop and see what the local market looks like or keep an eye on eBay... I didn't see many when I was pricing it before buying it, so it doesn't seem to go up often.
I have not used this model yet, I cleaned it and put it back. Mine has a scratched lens that I didn't notice until I got it home... woops!
Did you have a question about use? I do have the manual and can take pics of specific pages if needed.
