unusual Mid Century pen or ink drawing.....who is it signed by?

found another cool piece at a NJ estate!!
It's an original drawing, either pen or ink and shows a girl with a droopy clock and the title "The existentialist".

It's signed "M' Van".

Does anyone know who this artist is?
I'd like to look him/her up.
