First thought has been it might be a sword sheath jabot pin, but the blade seems to be not thin enough?
i haven't tested it yet, but it might be gold and silver.
the sheath is enameled and the blade shows a signature.
any ideas where from, how old, and what for?
Or what kind of a sword / sable it is?
total length is 6cm which is 2.35inch.

Nice item! On the blade seems to be written silver.
The stone seems to be jadeite, decor on enamel looks chinese...
It could be a novelty chatelaine or fob pendant, letter opener???
Metal is either gold or gilded silver!
