Stone & Sterling Taxco Mexico Figure Artist? Age?

Taxco Mexico Figurine made of some type of deep purplish blue stone. He has sterling accents and what looks like amethyst and silver earrings.in his silver bowl he also has red, green,blue,turquoise gem stones as well.what they are and if real is unknown.it is marked sterling on top taxco Mexico on bottom and on sides are 925 and either 213 or 215 he sits on a black piece of stone and looks as he is affixed on it by a small nail
He measures approx 3 1/2".
Age, maker,what he is made of,what the stones are etc are questions I need help with
