Girl Scout Memorabilia

My mother was a girl scout in the 1940's. Every year she went to girl scout camp, and I heard many stories of her adventures as I was growing up. This is a collection of 20 postcards (3 used, with notes my mother wrote to her mom and dad) postmarked 1944 and mailed with a 1c stamp! Also pictured is one of her girl scout pins. I love some of the comical pictures that adorn these postcards...but especially love reading the little notes sprawled in her "young" handwriting :) My mom passed away in 2013 at the age of 79 1/2. I am so happy I have these as well as the memories of her stories.
