I was all of a year old when this ration book was issued in my name on March 30, 1943. I don't remember using my stamps at the store, but I'm sure my mother did. I'm thankful she kept this bit of history for me.

Yes, they do have value.
ttom's is a priceless family heirloom.
Most of these go for less than $10-- with the nice holder, maybe $15.
