Stamp on Chinese Painting; Galloping Horse

This is a stamp on a painting I have, 8 horses running or galloping horses.
It's on rice paper and is mounted on a silk brocade boarder.

It's Chinese but I have no idea where to look to research it and find the meaning/artist behind this stamp.

I'm hoping someone here can guide me in the right direction.
