Early Loetz Mini Candia Papillon Vase, Series I

Loetz Candia Papillon vase, st (similar to) PN I-3288, ca 1898? The line drawing is for a vase of 4.5" in height and is proportionately similar to my vase. Which is a lot smaller in height. Many Early Loetz shapes are still unknown and so at this point we can only go by what we can find in the books.

This is a wonderful find in Early Loetz. This baby measures 2 3/8 x 3" and is in mint condition. I love the shape and the decor has a wonderful iridescence. The third pic has the baby standing next to my 18.5" big daddy of Loetz's.
