Can you help identify this maker of my dining room table?

In Furniture > Tables > Show & Tell.

    I have had this table for a long time, but only now seen the mark. Any idea how to date the piece?
    I believe it is Victorian rosewood or mahogany. Not sure. I also think it is a parlour table as the top flips up and can stand against a wall
