Murano Vase A.Ve.M. Dino Martens?

Possible A.Ve.M. but not in the usually Tutti Frutti or Rest of the Day design, having only this Zanfirico between the glass layers. These knuckles are a little strange for Arte Vetraria Muranese.
Do someone know more details?

the vase is 8 " tall and weighs 860g. I found it last Sunday.
