Brass banding style coat hook

Lovely Brass banding style coat hook I picked up at a garage sale a few years ago.
It popped up again after packing up for my impending house move.
Though fairly plain in shape the banding makes it a bit more interesting.
Can't remember where it came from or any history as there are no markings.
Got a couple more elaborate hooks which will hopefully unearth some time?
I actually like the green tarnish effect!
