can someone tell me who made this vanity purse and how old it is ??

I found this item in a thrift shop and it does not have a maker on the inside or outside all I can see is what looks like a womans upper body shoulders and up with head ,in gold ,, as shown in the first pic ,, the bag is snakeskin with a gold cigarette case and powder compact the lipstick is missing , the bag is very heavy compared to other bags its size , it is 6 inches tall 1 1/4 inches wide and 9 inches wide .. if someone could tell me based on the logo who made this bag I would really appreciate it, thanks
