      It's a lathe, the different parts from left to right, tail stock, tool post, center rest & head stock.

      It's worth whatever Roycroft will pay you, just kidding as nothing is for sale on this site. :-)

      Dan lathes like this are for turning and machining metal. This one is belt drive to an electric motor (see the pulleys) so is probably from an old machine shop.
      In all honesty I think it's worth the weight of the steel.
