12 gallon stoneware jug

I have a large two handle stoneware water cooler jug that I have been trying to find some info on for quite awhile. I have been able to find a similar 8 gallon one but there was not much info on it. Here is what I know about it: There appears to be no marks other than the "12" on it and it is in very good condition. It weighs approx. 49 lbs., is 22" high, 48.5 " in cir. and the handles are 4.25" in cir. The inside depth is 21.25". This jug sat in a corner of a local tavern in Fletcher, OH for decades. (??,50's?, 60's 70's and 80's - I can remember seeing it as a child in the early 60's). Just before the owner of the tavern sold the place, she sold this to my father-in-law who has kept it ever since. After his death, my mother-in-law gave it to me. Any info would be greatly appreciated or if you know of some place else I could contact.
