Patrick Nagel Signed Serigraph. 30" x 40" It's good size!
Looks like I have a theme going here, doesn't it?! It's not intentional really. I purchased this because it is a serigraph and it's signed by the artist-therefore, I purchased it for resale...put it on the wall and 4 years later, she's still on the wall 3~} <- That one's for you blunder! (Good one huh?!)
Patrick Nagel introduced "Rio", which is the lady, back in the early 80's and she became an instant hit! I believe he painted her in different settings for approx. 4 years until he passed. His fame was very short lived but loved throughout art world and beyond.
This particular setting reminds me of Elisabeth Taylor and her Black Beauty...
Not quite sure where to categorize this.
