Came across this phone shaped bank. Green color, circular base with felt bottom, rotary dial, Mickey Mouse character behind rotary dial and in front of phone rest, bank behind phone rest has three slots, for pennies, nickels, and dimes. I believe its tin
Love it!!!
Believe this is circa 1934 by N.N. Hill Brass Co. who produced a number of different Disney telephone toys including several color and style variations of the Mickey phone. - (Description) : 5" tall pressed steel with thick die-cut cardboard Mickey figure attachment, rotary dial works and rings, has original fabric cord, with bank box attachment on bank, designated coin slots for pennies, nickels and dimes.
Thank you aghcollect! Sounds like what it is , again can not thank you enough. The prominent Disney reference that I know has never seen anything like this before. That is very helpful. And thanks Virginia, love that you love it too! : )
