Antique snuff bottles

The first snuff bottle is about 3 inches tall with a Tibet silver (nickel alloy) casing over a brass interior. I cannot decipher the Chinese (?) symbols on the bottom (2nd image) The next snuff bottle is hand carved jade and sterling silver with a genuine pearl set in the cap/spoon. It is about 2 inches tall. It may be from India if not Asia. The third snuff bottle is solid sterling silver with a cabochon amethyst. Two bells hang from tiny sterling silver chains. The stopper is crystal, if there was a spoon, it is now missing. Any knowledge about the history of these items would be so interesting to me, all I know is what they were used for but not the story they tell or where they are from. The first has a repeated pattern of dragon and bird on it. As an artist, I fell in love with these/
