I've had these candlesticks for some time now. I feel that they are Czech but as yet have no definite attribution for them as to maker.
The glass layers are, red inner, orange, yellow and black(cobalt) spatter and a clear outer.
Height 19 cm./7.5" Base diam. 7.5 cm./3" Rim Diam. 5 cm./2"
