      not Vaseline, as it is green. The decoration looks to be Notional Silver Deposit 'Grecian Urn'. The form is a center handed server (CHS), but need to see the outline shape of the handle to possibly determine maker as many are fairly similar.

      maybe I should have said Uranium??? It does glow under the blacklight.. I will try to get another photo up of the handle.. Thanks Tallcakes
