I got this from my mother. It is very wavy, creamy beige with orange
washes on it. I'm not sure if it is shell, plastic,??or every the age, although
it looks like Alice in Wonderland late 19thC?? It's a little longer than 1 1/2". Any info would be very helpful. Thanks
I guess this is a unmounted shell cameo. Not sure of the value.
This is a carved shell cameo from the early 1800's. It looks like a mourning cameo as the young lady is pointing to a book with the names of the dead/those to be remembered in it.
