found very little about W. Mintin
its a very nice and vivid paining, it as rolled up and wrapped for perseveration. not mounted
don't know anything more

With so much styles, I suspect the artist works on command for sellers in the style they order...
I would like to know more about W. Mintin, but more than that I would like to know if the painting is worth anything. If not I will frame it and hang it in my
living room. It does look nice
