Big Blue glass vase

Ok, after the exciting news I received yesterday about the other vase I found I figured I'd post this one too. I don't remember where I got it exactly but I know it wasn't anywhere to write home about nor would I have paid a lot for it.

The bright deep blue is what caught my eye and I just absolutely love about this one. It's a biggie... 13 3/4" tall 5 3/4" across the top and 4" across the bottom. And it's heavy. Just a pretty blue with random white swirls and dark red dots.
No makers marks. Anyone recognize it or have a guess?
