This is one more of my jewelry boxes, however I lost the label and therefore I am not too sure where it was made. Based on the symbol of the music box' wind-up leaver (Not sure how to call it), the part was made in Japan, but the actual box could be made somewhere else.

Hi freiheit I just stumbled across this as I was looking for something else. I might be able to help here as I also have one on my site. Mine is made of Walnut as the main wood. Mine is musical but they do look similar. My brand & I'm hoping yours is a Torna a Sorrento I'm hoping it will help you, take care Zowie

I found a nice one by auction, no music, but several weeks later found several on ebay that were identical. Not inlaid like your box appears, very nice.
