I purchased this patch several years ago from a military collector's estate. Have researched it to no avail. Any information will be welcome... It measures 2 1/4 by 2 1/2 inches

Looks to be relatively modern made machine stitched patch.

Not an issue military patch. Possible a souvenir/ remembrance piece that MAY be related to the Army. Could be completely unrelated to anything military (BSA, Forest Service, etc...).

Like Scott says, not a regular issue patch. My opinion only - to me this looks like Army DUI (Distinctive Unit Insignia) which is an enameled pin, but in this case made into an unofficial patch. Unfortunately there are thousands of DUI, and I don't recognize this one. The 91st Division used a pine tree insignia like the center of this patch, so the first thing I'd do is check out all the subordinate commands were associated with the 91st in time of war. That would take a bit of time and still not yield your answer. As Scott points out, it may not even be military.

      Good Luck!
