Bronze or Brass Walking Stick Handle

Greetings all. Well I have another really cool find that I am trying to identify and come up with a time frame. It appears to be a Walking Stick Handle tho I suppose it could be the handle of an umbrella but it is pretty heavy and appears to be cast of solid bronze. It has stylized leaves on it which appear to be Art Nouveau or maybe its a transitional Arts and Crafts. There are no marks that I could find on it.

It measures 5 3/4" long (6 1/4" if you count the threaded end). The diameter across the top of the piece is approximately 1 3/8" and the beaded disc at the bottom is about 3/4".

Any information as to the age, style or even if it is a Walking Stick handle would be most appreciated. Thank you in advance.
