Elegant Slag Glass Lamp

I did considerable restoration to this lamp but have no idea where it is from, its age or which company made it. I am thinking the teens or 1920's. The lace work filigree is made of lead. Several of the pieces were missing so I reproduced them using 85% lead and 15% zinc. The molds were taken from the existing pieces using olive oil as a parting agent. The framing was steel or tin but was so corroded I replaced it with brass. Using a magnifying glass I could detect that the original lacework and framing was pained copper. The original glass was a light green with white and tan. I am thinking of redoing this lamp again to its original colors and glass but maybe a darker green. The base did not come with the lamp. It is obviously from the 20's. I would really appreciate some input. Restore again or leave it as it is. How old is it? If I redo the lamp would the base take away from the shade if I painted it the same copper color?
