For some reason this little vase caught my eye and even though I knew nothing about it I just had to buy it. From research I now believe it to be British and possibly Art Nouveau but any information would be great. On the bottom it has a broken pontil scar and the words To Julie love either Tony or Jony and also what is possibly the makers name but I can't quite work out what it says

I have since posting this discovered that it was hand blown by the famous cornish artist David Langsworthy when he took a break from painting and studied glass blowing. I still have not been able to find out when it was made though

This piece of glass was made by us in our studio on the Isles of Scilly back in 1989
