No she is not a American girl doll Ripley :-) But Poster spell out name you see on her neck ok . These are all contemporary porcelain dolls from 1980-90's they did a lot of limited editions so collectors would think they would increase in value . The problem is there are so many of these types of porcelain dolls on market with a few exceptions they have lost much value .
