Big and Beautiful Curved Top Trunk

There was a man in Folsom Ca. I was able to pick up 11 antique trunks. He was retiring after 30 years in business and closing his antique store. He received the trunks from his grandfather and great grandfather. They both served in the military. One in WWI. The other in WWII. They issued trunks to the men and their families so they could pack up the most necessary items to move quickly to be were there husbands were stationed. Then there Furniture and other belongings would be shipped to them. (Months after arriving)

All of these trunks have the date, location and men’s name on them. A long with were they were going and coming from. U.S.A to France or Germany.
