I believe these are sold as perfume bottles.

Interesting TubeAmp , I've read something like that but I couldn't quite get the fact of adding a spout to a perfume bottle so I ruled it out. Thanks for the comment though.

Have you filled it with water? See if it is just a pretend spout... the dabber on the lid still points to a perfume bottle.

Thanks for the info Manikin and TubeAmp. I have checked the links you recommended and I see what you mean but its an open spout,wouldn't that mean that the perfume would evaporate? I'll keep searching and see if I get any other info.
