I found this little cutie but have been trying to identify the technique used and glass company. Murano? Pulled feather? Spiderweb? Artist (it is unsigned)?

It is very heavy and has a ground/polished pontil.

    4 1/2" tall by 3 3/4" wide.

Any clues to help me identify this will be greatly appreciated :)

I think I solved my own mystery, LOL! I believe this is Phoenician Glass (Malta) and the technique is called Fenicio. I am still open to other opinions but I'll mark this solved.
