Two Vintage Wood Figures,Chinese Bust 3 Fingers up,African Bust Holding Bowl

I'm hoping somebody can help me I bought a lot of items and the lady sent 2 wood figures,one look like a Chinese bust holding 3 fingers up I'm sure it mean something,the next is a bust of what look like like an African woman holding a bowl,need some answers.
