    Unusual glass decanter. Appears to be mold blown with very fine ribbed or spiral ridges that give a nice optic effect. The silver stopper has hallmarks, but too small for me to determine maker. With the stopper in place, it measures 11" inches tall.

      Yes I think it is English I have a match holder very similar I will post it tomorrow

      because of both , the style speaks English!! glass and the mark say English.
