    Yet another one that I'm clueless about :). Thought I used google translate to see the orange sticker says "caution sensitive device".

    I looked here and think it may be a sight or something, but still have no idea and prefer not to open it if possible.

      You would have to pour over military records... Just open it. It could be damaged... or have a correctable issue that you are unaware of because you wouldn't open it ;)

      Thanks again TA, I went ahead and opened it and found a wetzlar sight, but forgot to get a picture. Will try to get one tomorrow.
