    A very super rare adam and westlake 1906 left caboosr lamp off the roscoe and synider short line railroad in texas. It was about 30 mile long railroad. It connected to the T & p railroad. It is also marked r.s& p railroad.

      This lamp was made between 1908 and 1911 as indicated by the external vent cone braces. It's not a good idea to go by patent tag dates alone.

      Prior to 1907, the vent cone braces were located within the vent cone itself rendering them almost invisible and after 1911-12 the entire range of Adlake kerosene switch lamps, markers and classification lamps were fitted with the square tops of the "#1112" type.

      Thanks for the info. I am using a iPhone. So I knew it was in 1908. I also know the caboose it came off of on the re and p short line . The lamp is super collectible just for that reason. Thanks again Jason
