The holes are 8 mm dia. The equally on both sides. Manuf of steel . Would be very nice to know it is.

Hello . Thank you for your reply Dave. Yes there are many who believe that it is cigar cutter . But the holes is only 8 mm dia. Is not it too small for a cigar. Why three holes asymmetrically positioned ?
